For my first few shoots I plan on restricting and putting limitations on where I'm able to go and take photos. For this first piece I plan on restricting myself to my room. I hope to gradually make that rule more lenient and eventually take photos without a restriction. This has been inspired by tutorials and the task of setting and abiding by a certain rules.

Shoot Plan

For my first shoot I want to explore how a bed is representative as a safe space. More specifically how a bed that is uninhabited could mean the feeling of lost. For me the bed is the place i feel most safe and together, so photographing myself not in the scene would show that I'm still lost - I still feel lost.

I'll be photographing  the corner of the room where my mattress lies whilst my bedsheets are messily strung across. I'll be taking them with a Bronica etrsi on a 400ISO black and white film.

(I was unable to find good photographic references - these were the only ones close to what I'm going to depict.)

Visual Reference

For my shoot I want the photos to appear quite dark and unsettling like Pvris' 'Half' visualette
